this is a pretty evil thought, but... i often wish that it would turn out that Nicole Ritchie has like tapeworm or AIDS or some obscure wasting disease that would explain her weight loss, just to see how all her ana-fans would respond. would they try to get the disease? or would they just say thats a shame and move on to a new skinny target?
